JV HonFei Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible of disassembly, clean, assembly, test, troubleshooting on electronic & electrical component with reference to router, manual. 根据工卡，手册等，在授权的范围内对飞机电子电气部件进行拆解，清洗，装配，测试， 和排故。
- Carry out PBA repair according CMM, SOPM and other technical documents. 根据部件维修手册， 标准操作手册和其他技术资料， 对PBA 板进行维修。
- Correctly fill in router, WI and other maintenance record etc. 正确填写工卡，工作指令和其他维修记录。
- Following up company working procedure ， aircraft maintenance manual procedures and EHS procedure. 遵守公司工作程序,飞机部件维修手册程序和EHS程序等。
- Daily check and maintenance owned tool/equipment to ensure tool/equipment in service status. 负责工作区的工具设备清点和日常维护， 确保工具设备处于可用状态。
- Be responsible of owned area 5S for tidy. 负责区域内5S，确保工作区域干净整洁。

Requirement:
- College or above, major in electronic, min 8 electronic component maintenance/manufacturing experience in aviation, min 3 years final release experience. 电子大专或以上学历，5年航空电子制造或维修经验，3年以上电子部件维修经验。
- Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred. SIX SIGAM/精益生产经验优先。
- Proficient in both written English, basic oral English. 精通书面英语，能够用基本的口语英语沟通。
- Deep knowledge in the electronic component manufacturing or maintenance. 理解电子部件的制造和维修知识。
- Basically understanding FAA/CAAC quality requirements. 基本熟悉FAA， CAAC 规章。
- Ability to use equipment/tool to test, repair and troubleshooting electronic component. 熟练使用仪器设备对电子部件进行测试，维修和排故。

JV HonFei Assembler and Tester
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible of assembly, test, troubleshooting and rework on electronic &electrical component with reference to router, WI manual and specification. 根据工卡，工作指令， 手册和规范等，在授权的范围内对飞机电子电气部件进行装配，测试，排故和返工。
- Correctly fill in router, WI and other record etc. 正确填写工卡，工作指令和其他记录。
- Following up company working procedure, quality procedures and HSE procedure. 遵守公司工作程序,质量程序和HSE 程序等。
- Daily check and maintenance owned tool/equipment to ensure tool/equipment in service status. 负责工作区的工具设备清点和日常维护， 确保工具设备处于可用状态。

Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) 技术工程师
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible of reviewing, creating and updating technical engineering document, and preparing the repair scheme for customer LRU负责编写, 评审和改版工程技术文件, 准备客户部件的维修方案编写。
- Be responsible of equipment/tool, material configuration selection, design and equivalency evaluation 负责工具设备、材料的选型、设计, 等效性评估工作。
- Be responsible of new repair capability development. improve the repair process to obtain efficiency and high quality. 负责对新技术、新工艺等新能力开发以及其他优化过程的研制、引进及执行工作。
- Provide technical support to workshop and product troubleshooting 为生产车间提供技术和排故支持。
- Be responsible of production equipment SOP, maintenance plan creating and updating, and troubleshooting 负责生产设备操作流程和维护计划的编写和更新，负责生产设备的排故。
- Be responsible of implementing QA notification and feedback to QA department负责工程内部的质量管理的执行工作以及向有关部门反馈质量信息。
- Investigate customer warranty claim, and quality finding etc, identify root cause, corrective action and prevent action. 参与客户送修索赔和质量不符合项的调查，原因分析，并找出纠正措施和预防措施。
- Provide training to technician and other people 给技术员等提供培训。
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor主管分配的其他任务。
Requirement:
- University or above, major in electronic, min 5 years electronic component maintenance experience in aviation, min 2 year engineers in line or base maintenance or electronic component repair 电子大学或以上学历。5年航空电子维修经验，2年以上电子部件技术工程师工作。
- Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred. Six Sigma 精益生产经验优先。
- Proficient in reading, written and understanding English, can communicate orally in English 熟练英语阅读，书写和理解， 能够熟练英语口语沟通。
- Deep knowledge in the electronic component manufacturing or maintenance 深刻理解电子部件的制造和维修知识。
- Understanding FAA/CAAC quality requirements 熟悉FAA，CAAC 规章。

CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:
